Hi, I've just started using Web Workbench today and immediately noticed that some of my files have no code highlighting, because it thinks there is an error in my code, specifically this bit.... @include respond-to(smartphone) {} This works fine when I compile it using the command line because I installed SASS 3.2 alpha by doing this... gem install sass --pre I'm happy to compile using the command line but I can't even get syntax highlighting using web workbench on file that uses this new technique for media queries. Is there a way to get them to lay nicely? Jon |

Thanks for reporting this - we will need to update the parser to handle this syntax. I will post an update once this has been added and is available in a nightly build.

Thanks Jeremy, More info on this technique here if it helps.... http://thesassway.com/intermediate/responsive-web-design-in-sass-using-media-queries-in-sass-32 Jon |

Hi all. I've just installed Web Workbench today, after being convinced to do it after reading the article Jon linked to above. Can't wait for WW to support this syntax. Steve |

+1, same things for me. Etienne |

I have added in parsing support for this syntax and this will be available in the next nightly build.

Excellent news, thank you very much. Is there anywhere special we need to go or does this mean that the main download link will lead me to the nightly build if I try tomorrow? |
|
|
The nightly builds can be downloaded from your My Account page if you have a subscription ("Go Pro") or if you are using the free version then this will be able to be downloaded via the Visual Studio gallery (or by Updating within Visual Studios Extension Manager) once we push the next gallery release up (will be in a week or so).

Hi, I have the latest version of WebWorkbench (3.2.365.20929), but there is a color hightlighting bug with the following code:
Placeholder syntax is part of the new features of sass 3.2. Thanks, |

We will need to add support for this syntax within our parser. I will add this to our list of parser updates and let you know once this is supported in the nightly builds.

Thanks! We have updated the Sass install so you will get the compilation. Syntax parsing for most of the new syntax in 3.2 is still to come - will let you know once that is updated.

Just an update that we have made these updates now for the new syntax and these changes will be available in tonights nightly build.

Great, thanks! |
