I'm using latest Mindscape 3.2.528.21592. This mixin does not compile in this version of Web Workbench:
But it will compile if I simply add a comment at the end of the selector:
A low priority bug seeing as how you can workaround it, but a bug nonetheless. As you can see, this is a useful use-case when using Modernizr or HTML5 boilerplate. |

I am assuming you are using Less? If so I am not sure that syntax is actually valid within a mixin - doesn't the use of the ampersand just act as an alias to the parent selector? In this case there is no parent selector. The error you are seeing is coming from less.js itself so if this is actually valid syntax then the best place to raise this will be on the Less.js repository issues list.

Hi Jeremy, Our team use ampersand in the end of rule definition in some cases, for example if you need to define image URLs for different protocols:
Once we try to compile such LESS using Web Workbench we're getting an error "Syntax Error on line XX", we can use hack that was provided by subkamran but it would be nice to have it's compiled without it. By the way, this case is supported just perfectly by official client side LESS library. Thanks, Alex! |

I suspect this has been fixed by our recent update of Less as I am not having an issue compiling this. e.g.
compiles to:
Are you able to update to a recent nightly build and recheck this?

Jeremy, I'm using Web Workbench version 3.2.528.21592. I cannot access nightly builds on your website because I need an account what was used to purchase the licence but we use it across the company, so I have only email and key to register, nothing more. When those changes will be available through VS2012 extensions manager? Thx, Alex. |

Its available immediately! :) We have actually just pushed out an update to the gallery today based off yesterdays nightly build.
