Hi there, I am trying to use SASS/COMPASS inside my MVC5 .NET project (using VS2012) and am having troubles getting COMPASS to work with my directory structure. If I do 'setup compass project' and then make some modifications to the scss files that are in there by default, then everything works as expected. However, I have then tried to copy the sass/stylesheets folders to a subfolder in my project (where I keep the assets, css, etc) and have updated the config.rb file (which stays in the root of the project) to point to these folders. However, I keep getting the following error:
Use --trace for backtrace. As I say, this works fine if the sass/stylesheets folders are left in the root of the project, it's only when I try to move them into the subfolder that I get the problem. After googling, I noticed a lot of people asking about this and the response being that it should be fixed, so can you let me know if I am doing something wrong? Thanks Andy |

Hi Andy, Thanks for reporting this - Ive tracked down what I believe to be the issue here and have added a fix which will be available in the next nightly build.

Hi Jeremy, Thanks for this. How do I access the nightly builds? Do I have to be a pro member for this? If so, when do the nightlies get released into a proper release for the free version? I am considering purchasing the pro version but am not in a position to do it right now. Thanks Andy |

Hi Jeremy, Just another question based on this - I am having some strange behaviour when I have web workbench installed where I can only access compass if I have ruby installed and the sass and compass gems installed as well. Am I not supposed to be able to access these through Web Workbench without having to have a standalone ruby install + compass/sass installed? I am also getting strange intellisense issues with comments where it seems to think some comments in a .scss file are invalid - it throws syntax errors and gives the red wavy underline to show this. Any ideas? thanks andy |

Hi Andy, Yes nightlies are available as part of the subscription downloads. It will also be in the next gallery version, we dont have a specific time on when the next one will be but its likely to be at least a month as we have just released an update recently. In terms of the Ruby install, have you defined a custom Ruby installation path under Tools/Options/Web Workbench?
