Hey, first off I love the workbench, it let me take my .net code to another level at incredible speeds. I have a couple issues that may already have solutions but I can't seem to find them. I also recently upgraded to Pro in an attempt to beat them, no dice though. Firstly, I love the include in sass because I use multiple scss files, and with include I can have a master scss file, which includes all of the other scss files. This is nice because all the files are compiled into one, saving on the css round trip http requests, and saves me from having to include them all from the html. It ALSO lets me control major variables all from one file (a file that's included from all the other css files). What doesn't work, (and for some reason I remember it working in the past), is when I save that config file, I then have to compile (save CTRL-S) all the other files using that variable, and Then save the master file to recompile that as well. Is there a way to initiliaze a compile event to all the files at once (or everything up the chain) when a nested file is saved? Secondly, I use my coffee classes globally (with many coffee files-- one for each model), every time I create a new one, I have to check "Emit bare JS" which is a little time consuming and error prone, so if we could do a project/system level config for that, it'd be great. Thanks for any assistance. |

Thanks for the feedback! The latest nightly builds (see the FAQ sticky thread for how to get them) now recompile every file that imports a changed file. For example, if We've had requests for project-level control of compilation, and we'll try to fold in project-level control of compilation options when we do that. We don't have a timescale for this yet though. |

Thanks for getting back to me Ivan, I'm trying out the new nightly build right now & I've very grateful that you made that change. I'll let you know if I find anything, thanks again. |
