I'm using Visual Studio 11 RC and Web Workbench 3.2.288.20623. When I try to save settings, I get the following error:
The "Compile" checkboxes get saved, though. But "Use Iced CoffeeScript" checkboxes are not saved. |

Thanks for letting us know about this, we did see this in the beta with .js files but I am unable to reproduce this here with the current build and VS2012 RC. You are using a recent build so I dont think there is any issue there. To try and help debug this one is it possible for you to create a blank web application and then add in the files ones by one (applying settings as you go) to see if a particular file is triggering the issue? Alternatively if you are able to share your project/files so that we can reproduce this here then we can look at debugging this locally. Also are you using a Web Application project or a Web Site (there is another thread currently active where this problem is occuring which is triggered when running as a Web Site, so if that is the case then we should have a fix available shortly for that).

As a quick update, I have added in a fix which will be available in the next nightly build which should cover the issue identified in the other thread - given the cause of the issue and the fix I have applied its quite possible that this may also cover the issue you are seeing.

I am indeed using a Web Site project. I didn't realize this may have been the cause. When will the nightly build be available for download? |
This was included in the latest nightly build overnight so you can grab it now.
Great! But where can I download the nightly builds? :) |
You can down the nightly builds from your My account page using the Download link next to your Web Workbench subscription.

Ahh, so nightly builds are only accessible for the pro version? I don't have any subscriptions, because I am using the free version. My confusion comes from blog posts like this one which say:
(there's no link to nightly builds from the downloads page) |
Ah yes, for Web Workbench access to nightly builds is part of the pro version. Apologies for the confusion - that statement refers to our other products where the trial editions have nightly updates which are accessible via the linked Downloads page. This update will be included in the next gallery update (which you will be able to get by updating through the Visual Studio extension manager) which should be pushed up in the next week or two.
