The latest version of MindScape Web Workbench has added three new items to the "Add New Item" context menu in Visual Studio 2012. Is there any way to REMOVE these items from the context menu? It seems presumptuous to put them there at all:
Unfortunately, it just makes the Add New Item menu look cluttered - especially given that the icons are so colourful next to the VS2012 defaults. |

Yes these can be individually turned off from the settings in Tools/Options/Web Workbench.
