The horizontal scrolling doesn't seem to take into account the DataGrid.GroupingIndent property when there are columns grouped. The more columns I group (deeper they are nested), the more space is "chopped" off at the right of the DataGrid when I'm scrolled all the way to the right. It seems that adding the DataGrid.GroupingIndent property * the number of columns grouped to the horizontal scroll max would help solve the issue. Thanks. |

Thanks Jason for the quick fix. It seems to work great now. |

This seems to be a problem again with the latest build (9/5/2012 5.1.1491.21343). Thanks. |

Hello Jared Thanks for pointing this out. I had missed some cases the first time I worked on this issue. These are now all resolved and available in the next nightly build. Jason Fauchelle |

Thanks Jason. I'll grab the updated version when it's available. This wouldn't also affect vertical scrolling would it? I haven't been able to consistently replicate the issue, but occasionally I've had vertical scrolling issues as well. For example, I have clicked on the vertical scroll thumb and tried to drag it down to scroll down. Occasionally, I've experienced where it starts scrolling fine, but then the scrollbar thumb jumps to fill the entire scrollbar area and I can't scroll up or down (even though I know there are more items in both directions). I'll continue to try to replicate the issue and get more details for you. I was just curious to know if the changes for this issue may have an affect on the other. Thanks! |

Hello Jared I have also seen a similar issue to what you have described here, but have also found it difficult to reproduce. If you find any more details about it, that would help a lot. I'll look into it nonetheless. I can assure you the changes I've made to the horizontal extent does not affect the vertical scrolling issue in any way. Jason Fauchelle |

Jason, I've been able to reproduce at least one of the vertical scrolling issues that we've seen. I've attached a sample project. It seems that this particular issue is related to the height of the DataGrid. Specifically, if the last item (row) lines up with the bottom of the DataGrid. I hard coded a size for the WPF Window that will replicate the issue. In this case the thumb on the scrollbar disappears and you can't scroll vertically at all, even though there are more items. Hopefully this helps you out. Thanks. |

Hello Jared Thanks for the repro project, this will definitely help us resolve the issue. We'll work on getting this resolved early next week. Jason Fauchelle |

Hello Jared I've found what I believe to have been the primary cause of the vertical scrolling issues. I've fixed this up and I've no longer been able to reproduce the issue in any way. This fix will be available in the next nightly build. Let us know how it goes. Jason Fauchelle |
