Could we get a property on the DataGridGroup class? Just a simple placeholder where we can store whatever we like.
For example, I have gone through some custom calculations/templates to get information displayed in the group header in the DataGrid. I'd like to keep track (store a reference) of the necessary pieces for printing, exporting, custom behavior (double-click group header), etc. so that I can avoid going through all the gathering data/calculations again. Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks. |

Or...is there a way to get the DataContext used in the group row header from the DataGridGroup? |

Hello Jared Try using a Dictionary to map DataGridGroup objects, OR DataGridGroup.GroupName values to the information you want to tag. Jason Fauchelle |

Thanks. I was planning on this approach as a backup. I was hoping to be able to get to the data context for the group row header from the DataGridGroup object. Thanks anyway. |
