First off - thanks alot for this extension, I've been looking for 'less' support in visual studio a while.
I'd just like to point out that I am not sure your typical asp.net project will use less runtime.. There is a project called dotLess, which is a port of less to .NET which can convert the file ahead of time or upon request through a http handler. It would be nice to get some mention. |

Good call! I'll see if we can get a dotLess link added to the Getting Started and "What is Less?" pages in the docs. I was thinking it might be nice to add a command to Web Workbench to add the dotLess config entry to the web.config so it could be completely seamless for people. Or does the dotLess NuGet package do this automatically? Any other ideas for making Web Workbench work better with dotLess? Drop us a note via the contact form if you want to discuss ideas! |

I've added dotLess links to the following pages: http://www.mindscapehq.com/products/web-workbench/what-is-less http://www.mindscapehq.com/products/web-workbench/getting-started Let us know if there is anything further we can do to help make Web Workbench play nicely with dotLess, or if there are any inaccuracies in what I've posted on the pages above. |
