Hi There I can only seem to create a coffeescript (or LESS or SASS for that matter) file when I right-click on the actual project and then select ADD > NEW COFFEE FILE. However when I attempt to create a coffeescript file in say the JS folder it doesn't work. The menu item is there but when I click it I simply get nothing. The menu item disappears and the file doesn't get added. Also I can't move the coffeescript file into a new location. I'm guess this is because your extension bases it's settings on the created location of the coffeescript file. Is there a way to move coffeescript files and inform the extension? Thanks Syllogism |

What type of project are you working with? We dont have any restrictions about where you can create or operate with .coffee files within a project - sounds more like a possible bug you might be running in to here.

I'm working with Visual Studio Premium 2012 version 11.0.50727.1 RTMREL. I'm working with a windows store app. I'm creating my project by click on FILE > NEW > PROJECT > INSTALLED > TEMPLATES > JAVASCRIPT > BLANK APP I reinstalled this version of Visual Studio three days ago, I have not made any modifications to the installation. |

Thanks for the extra detail. I have added in some additional support which will cover the Add New Item not creating an item for the "js" folder. I was able to move the files up from the root directory prior to this though, so I was not able to reproduce that issue. The update to cover the Add New Item in the "js" folder will be available in the next nightly build.

Thanks! I take it I'll be able to find the nightly builds by poking around on your site. Will you now automatically add coffee script files to the JS folder? Would be useful to me if I could specify which folder since I tend to put specific js files in sub folders eg. Js/clientSide_api |

If you have a Pro subscription you can find these by clicking on the Downloads link for Web Workbench under My Account. If you are using the free version you will need to wait for the next gallery update for this. We are planning on putting out a new release of WW in a few weeks time so that will be the next update we make to the gallery.
