Hi guys I've installed the latest Web Workbench nightly build for Dec. 06 2012 (Pro edition), but I don't get any syntax highlighting or auto indentation when editing .coffee files in Visual Studio 2012 Update 1. Please help. Also, how do I modify the number of indentation spaces when editing .scss files? |

Nevermind, I found it is actually working for me now. I'm still wondering how to modify number of indentation spaces though (SCSS and CoffeeScript I guess) :) |

You should be able to modify these under the settings for "Plain Text" under Tools / Options / Text Editor, go to the Tabs section and that allows you to specify the indent style and size. This applies for Coffee as well as Sass and Less.

Thanks, I had already set Tools / Options / Text Editor / Tabs to 4 spaces. It seems now that .scss files are indented to 4 rather than 8 spaces, maybe installing the nightly build changed things (it used to be 8)? |

There wont be any difference in the nightly build as this isn't something which is handled by Web Workbench, this is handled by Visual Studio itself. Did you previously have your indent set to 8 spaces for Plain Text perhaps?

That's strange. I didn't change the indentation settings since installing the nightly build, I've always preferred 4 spaces. Not sure what could've changed otherwise. |
