Is it possible to add compass plugins into the workbench? Sassy buttons for example. http://jaredhardy.com/sassy-buttons/ |
Yes, there is now an option under the Compilation section of the Web Workbench options for specifying a custom Ruby path which allows you to add in additional gems such as this. The value your specify for the path will need to point to the bin folder of your Ruby installation. This installation will then be used for compilation (both Sass and Compass). If you are using just Sass you will need the sass gem and its dependancies installed. If you are using Compass you will additionally need the compass gem and its dependancies installed. After that you can install whatever additional gems you want to have available :)

Is there a specific version of ruby that is required? |

Well, I don't know if it matters or not, but I went with Ruby 1.9.3p392 and it is working great. Got sassy-buttons set up too. I am loving all of this stuff so thanks for the plugin. |
