Where is the option to enable Coffeescript source map files in Web Workbench 3.2.761.22458? |
|
|
I was just looking for the same thing. |

You can find this option in the CoffeeScript section of the Web Workbench options (Tools / Options / Web Workbench).

OK, so now I feel a bit silly. I have been using Workbench for months and never noticed this set of incredibly useful options. This may just be me but perhaps you could put a link to these options in the MINDSCAPE menu in VS12? Even a menu item that pops up a box saying 'For goodness sake, look in Tools->Options' would be fine. I would have noticed it then :-) Thanks for the help though. |

Thanks for the suggestion - Im not sure if we can trigger opening the Options dialog specifically to that section but Ill have a look into it and add a menu option if its possible :)

Hey, is it just me or are the .js files spit out by Web Workbench not adding the line that points them to the .js.map file?
I can't get the Chrome dev tools to look at the .coffee file without adding that line manually to the end of the .js generated by Web Workbench. |

No indeed its not! Looks like the 1.6.0 -> 1.6.1 update we made at the same time blitzed it. Sorry about that - Ive added this back in for the next nightly build. Thanks for reporting this!
