Allow for Syntax Color change

Currently the only Color Theme's that i can see the syntax color's on, for the most part, are Blue & Light. But Dark, my usually Color Theme, makes the some of the syntax hard to see.

Blue Color Theme:

I dont expect you to change your whole system, just allow the developer to choose their own color syntax for each of the types recognized. Much like you can do in VS2012 for the various types (Comments, Descriptors, Access Modifiers, etc).

One of three location i would think you would be able to modify the settings would be:

1. Tools -> Options -> Web Workbench: Add another section to accomidate the current settings section.

1. Mindscape Menu: Add a customization menu option
2. Mindscape -> Web Workbench Settings: Actually opens a Settings Dialog for the various types
