Hi! I have found a problem where EntityCollections on new objects are cleared if an EntityHolder is assigned twice. Testcase using unit tests for "SqlServer2005-vs2005": First, add the property
public EntityCollection<Grantee> Grantees to Domain/Grant.cs Then add the test: [Test] When reassigning grant.Role to a new Role entity, the grant.Grantees list is cleared. In our scenario, you can see from the SQl-log that the EntityCollection corresponding to Grantees in this case is being reread from the database using a negative (Grant) id, which of course isn't available in the database since the object hasn't yet been saved. Hi Björn, Thanks for reporting this issue and providing the repro. I've committed a fix which will be available in tonight's build - Let me know how you get on. Cheers, Andrew. |

Thank you for the quick response! But the testcase still fails. As far as I can tell there isn't any changes from the last nightly build I downloaded that should be related to this problem. Did the fix get into LightSpeedEnterprise-20080304.msi? Best regards Björn Andersson Admeta AB |

Hi Björn, Our "nightly" is generated at night for New Zealand (where Mindscape is based). I have manually run the process now so that you don't have to wait. Can you please try the current nightly build? Hope that helps, John-Daniel |

Hi Björn Sorry if I wasn't clear. It will be in tonight's build. Cheers, Andrew. |
