You will need to use a ProfiledDbCommand if you are using the MiniProfiler interceptor. FindBySql takes the command object you supply down the stack rather than creating one as part of executing the query. Typically when using the interceptor a request for a new command will create a ProfiledDbCommand wrapping the underlying command object so you need to do the same.
