Hello Milivoj, It looks like you are using the IdentityColumn identity method. This is not supported on Oracle (see Help Topics > Identity Generation in the user guide for which databases support identity column generation). The identity method might be specified at the LightSpeedContext level (in which case I would expect all your entities to have this problem, and you can fix it via your LightSpeedContext setup or via the config file) or you might have inadvertently applied it to the Journal type only (in which case remove the IdentityMethod property from your TableAttribute if the entities are hand-written, or set the Identity Method property to Default if you are using the designer). See Identity Generation in the user guide for more information about identity generation options. I will also try to fix the error message to be more meaningful! |

Great, it works. I misunderstood, thought that IdentityColumn means using surrogate primary keys (IDs). Thank you, Milivoj |
