- Why not let lsgen.exe generated the UnitOfWork also? Not big task to make, but on large models and with changes it could be nice. - Is it possible to make the "table/column prefix stripping" smarter? Example open for own implementation or somethin? To be specific, I need removing of Prefix also after "_" at table-level Example: MyFancyPrefixApplication_MyFancyPrefixSite should be Application_Site instead of Application_MyFancyPrefixSite |

We like these ideas and I've logged feature requests for them. As you note, the LINQ unit of work should be easy, and internally lsgen already uses a "naming strategy" approach, we just haven't yet created a command-line option for it yet, so that shouldn't take too long either. Thanks! |

now since you're generating the strong typed unitofwork, I have two additional requests ;) 1) how about generation of the IQueryables for abstract base classes. At the moment I have to create these in a partial class. 2) since we're all DI-happy these days, how about also generating an interface for the unitofwork: Snippet public interface IMyModelUnitOfWork : IUnitOfWork |
