Hi,
I'm trying out lightspeed for SimpleDB support and unfortunately as soon as I drag a table (domain) onto the model surface, I get the following exception:
----
Exception while processing Server Explorer drag: Mindscape.LightSpeed.Generator.Model.GenerationException: Unsupported Server Explorer connection type 'Mindscape.AmazonDdexProvider.AmazonConnectionSupport'
at Mindscape.LightSpeed.Generator.Integration.ServerExplorer.DragObject.get_DbConnection()
at Mindscape.LightSpeed.Generator.Integration.LightSpeedModelDiagram.<>c__DisplayClass4.b__3(DragObject dragObject, IGenerationLog log)
at Mindscape.LightSpeed.Generator.Integration.ServerExplorer.IfIsServerExplorerDrag(DragEventArgs e, DragAction action)
---
I deleted the connection and recreated it as well as tried to make a new table, but to no avail. Any ideas?
Thanks!
John

Hi John, Are you using the latest nightly build? You will need to use the most recently nightly build from here: http://www.mindscape.co.nz/products/lightspeed/nightlybuilds.aspx SimpleDB support has been added for 2.2, which is formally to be released very soon and hence why if you're using the 2.1 stable download you will get this exception. Hope that helps, John-Daniel Trask |

Whoops! Yep, that did it. Thanks so much for the quick turn-around. Working like a charm now!

Not a problem - let us know how you find working with SimpleDB and LightSpeed. Being a new feature we're particularly interested in finding out how users are working with these additions. Kind regards, John-Daniel |
