NullReferenceException - ThroughAssociation

       at System.Linq.Enumerable.FirstOrDefault[TSource](IEnumerable`1 source)

I get a null reference exception when I try to do anything with a through association, except Count, which returns a value.

Can you send through a small Hello World style repro of this? If you can either attach this to the thread or email it through that would be great. We are not able to replicate this issue here locally with a number of different ThroughAssociation combination's we have in our test models, so would love to sort this out :)

Please post the class definition containing the ThroughAssociation, and the code that is causing the exception.  Thanks.
