From what I have been able to read regarding the migration tool it should create the DBVersion table as needed. However when I run the following code (I have attempted to boil everything down to a small example) that creates a fresh SQLite database and attempts to migrate it to a version I get the error "The version table is not initialised correctly - it either does not exist or has no value."

Thanks for reporting this, the docs are currently incorrect as that call does not create the table if it does not exist, that occurs via the Execute call. I will however make an update to fix this up and have this call also create if the table does not exist. Ill update the thread again once this has been merged in to the nightlies.

A candidate fix for this has now been merged in and will be available in the next nightly build. Let us know if you continue to see any problems after updating.
