View name problem in designer

Hi

In designer, when I drag a view (Oracle) from Server Explorer into the model, the name of the database object (table/view) is not set properly.

In the database my view has a name SAMPLE_VIEW. Entity gets automatically the name SampleView, but the property "Table Name" is empty. My guess is that it should be "SAMPLE_VIEW", same behavior like when using tables.

Am I doing something wrong?

Of course, the end result is my queries on view entities don't work, until I manually fix the name property.

I am having the same problem. I dragged the view from the explorer and manually added table attribute. I am having issue with id attribute. How did you add the id for the view?

There is no need to add manualy table attribute as this has been fixed from nightly build mentioned above.

If we are discussing the other thing that all views also need the ID column to work properly, I just make all my views with something like:

create or replace view sample_view
as
select sample_table.key_id as id
,         sample_table.value1 as value1
from  sample_table
