Does Mindscape allow lightspeed to be installed on my main computer and my laptop under one license ?

Yes. LightSpeed 2 is licensed "per intellectual property owner," not per seat, so you will normally need only one licence for your entire team. See http://www.mindscape.co.nz/products/lightspeed/licensing.aspx for full LightSpeed 2 licensing info. Please note however that licensing is likely to change in LightSpeed 3. Hi Nevering, LightSpeed is currently licensed per organisation so you would only need one license. We are moving to a per developer license model with LightSpeed 3.0 however even in that scenario a single developer could use multiple machines as a lot of devs do so these days :-) I hope that helps, John-Daniel Trask |
