My procurement department purchased a license and transferred the license to me over a month ago, but its still not showing up in my account. I'm not able to download the software nor am I able to download it on the purchaser's account because the system says they can only manage the license and can't download. On the purchaser's account, we verified that the email was correct. We sent in a email over a month ago to fix this issue and its still not resolved. I sent another email a few days ago and no one has replied. Can someone please look into this? |

Hi Doug, Sorry about this, I investigated this and found there was an issue with our account management. It's now been fixed and you should now have access. I've added an additional month to the subscription length for the issue. Kind regards, John-Daniel Trask Co-founder & CEO Mindscape Limited |
