Last time this happened durring an "update db" but i'm not sure it's allways that. Vista, sql server express, vs 2008 professional |

I also did not see a ThroughAssociation relation in the designer. |
If you would like i would email you a screen shot. |

First, could you try uninstalling and reinstalling LightSpeed? Also, please check in Control Panel to see if you have multiple versions installed -- if so please uninstall them both. (This can happen if you have upgraded from RTM to a nightly build.) If that doesn't help, yes, please do provide a screenshot. It would also be useful to have a copy of your .lsmodel file and, if it is during an "Update Database", a copy of the database (either the MDF file or the CREATE TABLE scripts). Thanks for your help in resolving this! Re through associations: these were added in the nightly builds. Grab the latest nightly from the Downloads tab and install that (please uninstall the existing version first), and you should see a Through Association arrow in the toolbox. Let us know if it still doesn't show up. |

Sure, where should i email the files? |

You can attach a zip file via the Options tab, or email to ivan @ the obvious domain name. Thanks! |

This was a bug in 2.2 RTM with SQL Server attached MDF files. It has since been resolved. If you download the latest nightly build (http://www.mindscape.co.nz/products/lightspeed/nightlybuilds.aspx - please note warning about manually uninstalling 2.2 RTM) then the problem should go away. |

Thank you, the issue has indeed been resolved in the nightly builds. There is still no through association in the toolbox. |
Could you do a right-click on the Toolbox and choose Reset Toolbox? We've never been able to reproduce this problem, but other customers have reported that this worked for them... |
Yes, Issue resolved. Thanks. |
