I'm going insane trying to figure out why I can't query my table by comparing a guid column to a guid type. I've tried converting to a string, tried the Like and In functions, still kaboom! Am I missing something? I've even tried a single query expression (no loop, just simple entity.attrib = id), still i get an exception. Any help would be appreciated. More details in attached file.

Ah I found out 'Key' is a SQL Server reserved keyword. I think Lightspeed doesn't know this so it doesn't surround the column name w/ [ and ] brackets to avoid the crash. I would've thought all columns would be escaped this way (L2S does this!)? Maybe a future fix? |

Hi, LightSpeed can quote identifiers (escape them basically) if you set this on your LightSpeed context: quoteIdentifiers="true" Either in your .config or in code depending how you're configuring your LightSpeed context. I hope that helps, John-Daniel Trask |

Ah very cool! The more I learn how to use Lightspeed the more it's becoming my fav' ORM. (I have used L2S & EF). Great support thanks!
