Q. I have a critical issue that needs action as soon as possible!
This forum is a great place for asking questions and reporting issues that aren't blocking your development progress however if you have a critical issue then a Priority Support Ticket is the best way to get the assistance you need.
If you own a priority support ticket (they are listed on your my account page in the store) you can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work through issues directly with you within 24 hours on business days. Priority Support Tickets are handled ahead of forum posts and give direct correspondence with the developers as well as providing a confidential means of communication as we realise the forums are not an ideal place to post sensitive code or domain models.
If you do not currently own a support ticket they can be purchased from the online store.
Q. Where can I download nightly builds?
For retail editions, log into the store using your account and choose the Get Files link next to LightSpeed. This takes you to a page which has links to download both the RTM and the latest nightly.
Q. Can I use the free edition in commercial products?
Yes. The only restriction on the free Express edition is that it is limited to 8 entity types.
