I have the following code that works with LINQ, but not with the 11/9 LS3 build. var uow = LightSpeedContext.CreateUnitOfWork(); I get the following stack trace: failed: System.NullReferenceException : Object reference not set to an instance of an object. Any thoughts? |

Just posting to let you know we've received this despite the forum errors. We'll post a proper response when we have a fix (it's a bug with our handling of traversals in the "group by" expression). Thanks for letting us know about it! |

Thanks for such a quick response, Ivan. As far as I can tell, that's the last show-stopper issue in my testing of the LS3 upgrade. I'll keep an eye open for the fix, finish testing, and let you know. |

Not to be a PITA, but any ETA on when this one will be made available? If you're thinking it's a couple weeks or more, I'll revert my changes and tackle the conversion then. If it's more imminent, I'll hang on to my converted code changes. Thanks. |

There should be an updated drop of the installer going up to the store today which includes fixes for this. There is still furthor optimization work we need to do here, but the grouping keys should now correctly support multi part identifiers which is where you were seeing the issue above.

The original error is gone, but now I'm getting new errors. Do you want me to email you a few test cases that show the problems? |

Yes please, if you could just send them through to contact@mindscape that would be most helpful in progressing this.
Thanks! |
