Sorry did'nt tell you we use Devart/dotConnect for PostgreSQL to get our tables into Server Explorer, I aslo see from other posts that you dont suggest using dotConnect due to connection string not correct, how can I then get the Tables into Server Explorer using only Npgsql? Thanks for your post. We got pretty frustrated with PostgreSQL drag and drop support not being available without commercial tools so Ivan, with his wizard ways, built a provider for our users to leverage: http://www.mindscape.co.nz/forums/Post.aspx?ThreadID=1910&PostID=4921 I'm not sure how it will play with having the 3rd party things you have installed (it obviously hasn't had the same level of testing as our normal products!). Let me know how you get on :-) John-Daniel Trask |
