Hi, One of my tests was erroring in an unexpected way due to a problem with my test data and I noticed that the handling of a nullable string out parameter wasn't quite what I expected. The sproc invocation would fail with "Unable to cast object of type 'System.DBNull' to type 'System.String'." if the value of the outparam was null. I would have expected the call not to fail and the string to be null, is that a reasonable? I have hacked up a 'quick n dirty' sample based on the northwind db which is attached. Bryn |

Very reasonable indeed. Fix committed and will be in the next nightly -- thanks for reporting this! |
