Invalid column name exception with Lightspeed 3.0

We just upgraded to Lightspeed 3.0 from 2.2 and now we are getting and Invalid column name on the following linq query. When we revert to the 2.2 version of lightspeed and keep our code and db exactly the same we we don't get the error. So the column is valid and does exist. Any ideas about what is causing this error? We are using SqlServer 2008.

Not sure from this info what's causing the error -- my guess is that we may have a regression, possibly around using Count() with a projection, but we'd need a few more details to try to diagnose the issue.

Is ApplicationConfiguration an entity association (rather than a "scalar" property / column)? Could you post the GamingTerminalApplicationConfigurationEntity class definition please (or at least the relevant bits if it's very large)?

Could you post the generated SQL please? If possible could you also post the generated SQL from 2.2 for comparison? Thanks!

The following sql is the 3.0 version.

Now it is clear to me that the generated sql is incorrect it should say: SELECT COUNT(ApplicationConfigurationId) ...

So I did not post the 2.2 version.

I can rewrite the query to get it to work but it would be nice to have a fix in case this situation occurs in other parts of our code.
