Hello, We using the "Update Database from Modell" function to update database from modell. It prepares the table names badly under Oracle. :( We wrote table name to modell lowercase (like this: t_tablename), that in a normal case Oracle prepare uppercase the table names. create table ttablename ..... -> TTABLENAME NHibernate fills in the query with quotation marks the table name: select t1."fieldname" from "t_tablename" t1 but in this case, Oracle can't find the table, because "ttablename" not equal TTABLENAME. Can we get it to the NHibernate Designer, that creates the table names with lowercases? Thanks, Gabor |

We're not planning to support the creation of case-sensitive table names, but you can control the quoting of table names in the mappings using the model's Quote Identifiers option. Click on the model background, go to the Properties window and set Quote Identifiers to false. Now NHibernate should not quote table names in queries, so the query will not be treated as case-sensitive and your table names will match. |
