Incorrect WHERE when joining a table multiple times

The following example doesn't correctly apply the WHERE:

                    join AskMember in uow.Members on Ask.MemberId equals AskMember.Id
                    join BidMember in uow.Members on Bid.MemberId equals BidMember.Id
                    where q.SecurityId == securityId
                    orderby q.Time descending
                    select new
                    {
                        StartTime = q.Time,
                        BidMember = BidMember.ShortName,
                        BidSize = Bid.TotalSize,
                        BidPrice = Bid.Price,
                        Spread = q.Ask.Price - q.Bid.Price,
                        AskPrice = Ask.Price,
                        AskSize = Ask.TotalSize,
                        AskMember = AskMember.ShortName,
                    };

    var bidPriceSelector = 5.0m;

One could argue that performing an == on a decimal type isn't a good idea, but still the above example is returning records with a bid price that is not equal to bidPriceSelector.

I would like to have a look into this but I will need more detail to specifically reproduce the problem. Are you able to send through a small repro project for this, or alternatively the associated entity definitions and some sample data which I can run this query over.
