It could be nice to have implementation of LightSpeed in mvc-mini-profiler like entity framework etc has... http://code.google.com/p/mvc-mini-profiler/ |

Thanks for the suggestion! We will have a think about this :) Currently it doesnt look particularly compatible because the implementation needs to create the wrapped objects around things such as the command which are only created within the internals of the LightSpeed core.

Just echoing my desire to have the ability to use MVC Mini Profiler. It's exceedingly important for auditing database queries in-page. If there's a way to expose the internal factories that create the ADO level commands, I'd even write the plugin adapter myself. |

What about LightSpeed's IDataProviderObjectFactory? (I have spent zero time looking at seeing if it will work, I'm just interested in one day using mvc-mini-profiler as well!) |

IDPOF won't help unfortunately: it's a service LightSpeed exposes, but you can't currently override it. We'll try to get you all something on this soon, we're just heads down on LightSpeed 4 at the moment! |

Maybe there's something we can do in the meantime with private reflection; it ain't pretty, but a profiler can be a little slower as long as we can see trends and duplicates. |

Hey guys, Okay, it took a month, but we've now implemented some hooks for this and we have a sample up on the blog. Enjoy! http://www.mindscapehq.com/blog/index.php/2011/07/28/using-the-asp-net-mvc-mini-profiler-with-lightspeed/ |
