The main account of our subscription was created by someone that left the company (Emilyne).
I'm trying to add me as a user but when I click on the link I receive it asks me credentials (I imagine to create an account). It doesn't work (invalid login or password).
As I didn't used the components until now I thought that I created a long time ago a "trial" account but when I try the forgot password link it says an email has been sent but I don't receive it...
I tried to recreate my user but it doesn't send an email anymore...
Could you please solve this account issue?
