In WW 3.2.528.21592, compass recognizes & compiles:
But the syntax highlighter displays it as an error. Without explicitly specifying !optional, I get warnings from the web workbench console output from compass. These errors say I'm not specifying !optional (I am building a framework in which most classes are optional), but not using the classes yet. My framework is designed to be used with Web Workbench. I don't want my framework to appear to have warnings in it. Can support for !optional on @extend be added to the syntax highlighter? |

Yes, I will add this to our backlog for parser updates and I will let you know once we have updated this in the nightlies.

We have added a new round of parser fixes into the nightlies which should address the issue you mentioned here. This will be available in the next nightly build (20121205) for you. Let us know if you continue to see any problems after installing the updated nightly.

Cheers! I'm going to wait for the regular release channel as I'm too busy to maintain the nightly one, and it compiles just the same anyway. Great to know that my clients will have a working experience. :) |
